Netizen Update: Season’s Greetings!

Hello Fellow Netizens,

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season and are ready to ring in 2025! As some of you may have noticed, I haven’t posted an article in a while. Life has been busy on my end, and being a medical student comes with a demanding workload. I also took some time to reflect on the direction this blog should take in the coming year, especially in light of this year’s presidential election results. With all the chaos happening in the world, I decided to step back and give myself a break until I could find the time and energy to focus on the important issues affecting all of us in the realms of medicine and policy.

I’m not usually one for resolutions, but if I were to make one, it would be to continue creating content that engages readers like you in the field of public health. My goal is to educate and inform fellow Netizens with the most up-to-date facts and scientific data available. Docnetizen’s motto, “Read, Learn, and Grow,” has always guided my writing, and I plan to carry that mission into the New Year.

I hope you’ll join me as we explore what the year ahead has to offer! Stay tuned for fresh, thought-provoking content, and I wish you and your families a wonderful New Year!

PS: If you are interested in what to look forward to for public health next year, I highly recommend listening to WBUR’s recent segment published last week (see audio below).
